Sunny, but Cold and Windy on Highgate Common today.

After a mild night decided to check out Wardens office lights. 3 more Dotted Border moths had been attracted again. 1 obviously liked the light quite a lot (top photo). Is it me or can I see a skull with a bit of straw like hair on the sides? (bottom 2 photos)…
Saw my first active Ladybird today. This one being a 7-Spot Ladybird….
I also spotted this Millipede crossing the path….
The next photo isn’t the best, but I felt I had to show this male Pheasant, after scaring the living daylights out of me. I was watching 2 Great Tits up in a tree. Unknown to me this male Pheasant must have been directly behind me. All of a sudden he shot up and did that loud Pheasant alarm. Wow! did I jump. He also lost a feather which floated down in front of me. Just spotted where he landed deeper in the wood, and took this photo. I’m sure he walked off laughing!
