Grey but Warm today!

Had a very nice walk on Highgate Common today, with quite a bit of wildlife for a change.

Started off up Mere Lane to see if we could see the Little Owl again. No luck with the Little Owl, but there were 2 Tufted Duck and domestic Greyleg Geese with goslings, on the pool…

Another new moth for my list. Missed this the first time I searched. Mainly because it wasn’t under the lights on the wall. But on a plastic drainpipe on the Wardens Office. This beauty is called a Waved Umber…
